Gave the cooling system a flush with the hose pipe, the heater matrix was partly blocked and refilled with new anti freeze now have a nice working heater inside it. Cleaned and got the idle valve working on the throttle body so now idles

Must be becoming a more enjoyable drive with every fix and improvement. Hope we might now get to see it later in the year.

Not in use over the winter next job is to get some paintwork done

Stripped the near side rear electric motor a part to see if it was fixable. Fitted new set of brushes and the motor worked. So refitted it into the car.

How easy was it to strip the motor apart and where did you get the replacement brushes from?
I've got a issue with the right rear electric window motor on my 91 Rover 400 and I'm struggling to find a replacement motor/mechanism so this looks like a good way of resolving a non functioning motor if I find that's the problem once I get it all apart.

Passed mot today with no advisories so well happy.

Haven’t done much to the rover last year as moved and have been doing the house up.
Had some down time over Xmas so did repairs to front cross member then fitted nos headlights, indicators and bumper brackets
It passed it’s mot on 2 February so hopefully will be going to some shows this year
