Everyone is invited to the 2017 Club AGM at Coventry Transport Museum on 15th October. The AGM will start at 1:00 pm but cars can start assembling in the display area on Millennium Place from 11:00 onwards.
We are returning to Coventry because the room hire cost is very reasonable, the facilities good and the opportunity to display our cars on Millennium Place (which also makes parking easy for everyone). Please note that if your car drips any oil, you will be required to put a drip tray (or something else suitable) under it while it’s parked up.
If you have any issues to raise at the meeting please let me know by 7th October. Anything that will require more than 10 minutes discussion will be added to the agenda, small items can be dealt with in Any Other Business.
Could anyone wishing to put themselves forward for a position on the Club Committee let me know by 7th October please. You may make this known on the day but it would be preferable if we know in advance.

Duncan is willing to continue but happy to step aside if someone more suitable is interested in being our club secretary.Hammond wrote:Is there any vacancies on the committee? Not that I am putting myself forward, just that if people knew in advance they may like to!
Paul (Events), Jeremy (Membership), Steve (Treasurer) and myself (Chairman) are all happy to continue in our current roles but have to be re-elected. (Well we all were happy to continue when we discussed this last Sunday at the MK BL day...
So if anybody would like put themselves forward for any of the roles, pls notify Duncan.
Jeremy is always interested in help to produce The Viking club magazine, as is Paul to help in in organising events. 'Curators' for each of our models would be very helpful in expanding the content of our website but these aren't Committee roles.
I like Twin Cams, Single Cams, Turbos and 5-cam VVCs
