Re: Weird noise in my 25 engine

Thank you mate. Since a few days the engine was misbehaving like that but until that all was fine and the car is duly well serviced and controlled. It's the missus' car since 2015. No HGF at all (all gaskets and the likes renewed in 2020), levels are fine, no leaks and the car doesn't miss a beat. I...

Weird noise in my 25 engine

Hello mates! I feel something wrong in this video: https://e.pcloud.link/publink/show?code=XZVJby7ZPhHY4LQ5gIzntC14QhLA4RjUKB9k It looks a cylinder isn't working well. I'm guessing it might be a defective spark plug. The last time I swapped them was in Feb 2020, i.e. 6 years and a half. But the car ...

A Rover 200 on the Albi racing circuit paddock 8th May 2026

Tour de France Auto 2026. A lovely sunny, noisy and animated day at Albi Le Sequestre, Tarn, France. I've been admitted with my cabby on the very paddock and was able to walk between the lovely cars of the last race or the next one (all in all 5 of them, le 1st & 2nd regularity and the 3rd,4th &...

Re: Philips R960 remote steering wheel controls for R8

Several years ago in 2016 I found on Ebay a steering wheel with its remote device plus harness for my 'modern' Pioneer Bluetooth USB radio in my 2002 25. I've even noted the ref: PC99X32 in case it might be useful. I've partially succeeded with only the volume up and down. I'm happy with that. This ...

My lovely Gaby

Several shots done by a young professional photographer along the rally organised by the Montauban Vintage Festival 2026 last Saturday. Done by himself, I didn't interfere in his choice nor I asked for anything. https://e.pcloud.link/publink/show?code=XZMeziZsiFPQGqUqqBuc2WF7Ul55fwtBg6y https://e.pc...

Re: Red rod of 200 WANTED for a 1994 214 cabby

Thank you mate.
Is there a strategy not to break the clips, when taking them off and putting back in place?
Can I find some good clips just in case? The reference would be helpful if any.
Thanks a lot. :)
