I’m in Australia and looking for some aftermarket cams for a d16a8. I came across Cat Cams who make various camshafts for the d16a8. I understand that the dual cam d16 came in the rover 216 I think ? Has anyone used their camshafts seeing as they are located in Europe where there is heaps of rover action ? Are they reputable ? Do their cams deliver good performance and of high quality ?

I tried asking on d-series.org but it looks like no one knows anything about Cat Cams over there.

I think there about the only option now I've not used them myself but I've seen people using them in Australia and New Zealand with good results. The Americans don't get there A8/A9/ZC so can't imagine you have much luck on d-series.org all they know about is turbocharging the SOHC's

Where have you seen them being used in Australia ? It would be awesome to speak to someone with experience in my country
