do you guys have any recommendations on lowering springs for the 216 gsi, its a k reg if it makes a difference

Quite a few people use G-max
Rover 220 GTi Turbo.

i used jamex lowering springs with stock shocks and for the £70 delivered i paid im happy with them.
1993 Rover 216 Cabriolet with a few mods!
Range rover 4.6V8 with a few mods!
Toyota Supra 3.0i turbo, with serious mods
Vauxhall Omega 2.6V6 estate, work horse!
