216 boot spoiler

Post by mrtaximan »

After repeatedly telling my Wife and Daughter that the hatchback spoiler is not to be used to close the boot.Yep you've guessed it my Daughter standing there asking why did it fall off.No damage as such so it looks like a no more nails job,Unless anyone has a better idea.

Tiger seal is around £10 a tube on ebay but can go as high as £18.

Its about 12 times stronger than no nails and is designed to have slight flex in it. Off memory there should also have been some screws holding it on though.....

Hi thanks for your reply. The black plastic section that is held to the boot with bolts is still there.I need to fix the spoiler as such back on the plastic mounting that is still attached to the lid. Thanks for the tip regarding Tiger Seal.Sounds like just the job

Boot spoiler update.I have stuck the spoiler back on with Sticks like Sh*t from Screwfix and can confirm it does what it says on the tin. :D
