Yes there are. I see Cabbies driving around looking really in need of a loving owner, I don't think some people realise how many there aren't left.
To some I suppose they are 'just an old Rover I paid a couple of hundred quids for, so I'll run it into the ground'
Mind you, I suppose the people that have this attitude will be making our well looked after cars more valuable in the future.

Bold 1: except that on the continent they paid far more than a couple of hundred quids, which shows how silly they are to waste their money. But sometimes there is a foolhardy bloke who is buying their derelict car for a couple of thousand quids and tries to give it back again the TLC it deserves!
Bold 2: I do agree and I do hope so if there is any justice in that nonsensical world...
